Unable to connect broadband,win 98

Will somebody help to fihd a patch for win 98 to connect dataone? I have seen here but unable to locate

There is no patch as such just ensure that your ethernet card is detected and drivers for it are loaded then install networking and configure the IP address in TCP/IP setup. Thats about all you need.
