unable to acess google

i was unable to connect google.com.

when i tried in chrome im getting directed to chrome download page. when tried in forefox, its getting directed to firefox download page and for explorer its directed to IE11 download.

tried all sort of cleaning but cant find a solution. Please do help us to get out of this.

Please release and renew your IP.
Go to RUN>CMD>Type "ipconfig release"
Type "ipconfig renew"

When ever I type any site but I get redirected to my ISP page then I do follow the above steps and it works for me.
PS: This was suggested by my ISP technician and their customer care also.
