TX850V2 Voltage Fluctuation increased!

Right off the assembly line
The fluctuation in the 5V rail has increased and in about 10 seconds it fluctuates between 4.92V and 4.95Vv about 5times.I dont think that is a normal characteristic of a "high quality psu". Please let me know if its okay? Coz i remember even in my iball days the 5V appeared more stable!:?

^^ I think I've answered your question before and I'm saying it again that it's perfectly OK and within safe limit. The +5V has a operating range of +4.75 V to +5.25 V and the volt can fluctuate depending in the load on +5V rail - so don't worry too much - you've got a good PSU ;-)

Now Im doing a multimeter paper clip test to find the actuals and bypass any resistance if the sensors.

Yeah,now Im a happy man as i always wanted a marginal overvolt than a marginal undervolt as the PC probe's wrong readings were showing.
