r u sure that the gateway is ccavenue used by infibeam...because i dont know...i used my account and for payment i used my parents debit card....all of u r sure infibeam is reputable site ....please can all of take 5 min and cmmnt on infibeam facebook post which i cmmnted ....because i am dying inside

If the payment has been done successfully on Infibeam , let th'm know that you are filing a complaint in Consumer court if they continue to harras you.
If the payment has not been cleared successfully , then ask your parents to talk to the bank.

your money is safe. just send the ID of the parent to infibeam who the card belongs to and write a mail and state that you are their child and you used their card to order a TV at the address of your house.
infibeam is a good reputed site. it is not a fraud website.

just cool down yourself.

I meant consumer court...and that too in worst condition..how was that "fun" of you? and the 30k was the amount you had payed therefore i was suggesting consumer court :)

Some times issue is needed to be settled out by the elders and in your case they are your parents so speak to them regarding this and also tell them that you feel it is a kind if fraud. By the way any email regarding shipping or the status of the tv.
