Barcelona Are Still The Team To Beat - Sergio Busquets

Sergio Busquets believes that, despite all Real Madrid's spending this summer, Barcelona are still "the team to beat".

The Catalans are yet to make any moves in the transfer market, whilst Madrid have nearly spent €200 million on bringing new players in.

However, Busquets told Europa Press that Barca just have to focus on themselves and not worry about Madrid.

"Our enemies, like Real Madrid, are reinforcing well, but we should keep away and focus on ourselves. This year, Barcelona continue to be the team to beat," he said.

Busquets himself will no doubt be hoping for a season like last, when he came through from the second team and ended up playing in the Champions League final.

He admits that, even though he is still on holiday, he is looking forward to getting back to work with his team-mates.

"I am looking forward to joining the team again. The squad will want to continue the success we had last year and we can do many good things for the fans," he mused.
