1] Need cable management.
2] Remove lower HDD cage as suggested by saikiasunny; it will make smooth & vortex free airflow for GPU and Chipset.
3] How much distant between cabby and rear wall u have? Make it at least half feet; it will help rear fan when you do load work. (i.e. Rendering, Games)
4] You should include at least CM 212 EVO or Thermalright TRUE Spirit. Believe me u will need it.
5] Do post some render testing timings.

I don't have GPU yet but thinking to getting one; Either Quadro/FirePro or new Radeon 7xxx series. I have heard these new 7xxx GPU can be useful for V-Ray 2. How's your performing ?

1)Cable Management now is lot better than in the pic shown ... Nevertheless I will improve it and click some new photos when I get My HDD .
2)Okay will do that after I get the HDD.
3)It is about half a feet.
4)I am planning to get 4-4.5k CPU Cooler Later after I save some money.
5)Will Do that too.As I stated I dont have A HDD (Well I have 1 160GB but it is almost full only 5-6 GB free in Total) When I will get the new one I will try 3DS Max and More games.Havent done that yet . I may not be able to do it until 10 july as I have Some Tests coming up.

Yeah it has grommets and no it didnt came with a USB3 to USB2 adapter

They are small rubber structures present on the routing holes for cable management.
