I would suggest you to go with HD 6850. It is slightly more powerful than 460 1 GB, has lot less power consumption and best part is it is cheaper too.

Get the MSI cyclone version of 6850 @ 9.8K. It is a factory overclocked version and performance is close to hd 6870 and obviously better than 460 1 GB.

Sorry its TG-600-U37. Well earlier I thought to go for 6850 since i had 4850 earlier. But I heard that its temp on load is too much

Another reason is the board I am using has PCI-E 2.0 slot, whereas 6850 requires PCI 2.1 slot

Any comments?

answered over 1000 times. :p PCIe is backwards and forward compatible.

HD 6850 with custom coolers run cool. The one mentioned by Cilus - MSI 6850 Cyclone. I also think temp on load is well under control on the reference ones.

Even the reference models of HD 6850s is the one of the coolest as well as the low power consumed cards. Check Here: Radeon HD 6850 & 6870 review . go with it with your eyes closed.
2ndly the PSU you are getting is a 600W 80+ bronze unit. It is one of the best PSUs available and can handle high end configs too. So go with it. Also let us know rhe price too.
