Teracom Modem Bricked/Stuck at Instalizing

Please anybody help me!!!!!
I have Teracom t2-b-gawv1.4u10y-bi which is Bricked!!!
When I was Updating F/W.It failed "Update Failed!"
When I power on the modem back It simply got stuck in instalizing state!!
power led-Red
DSL-Green
Internet-RED
VoIP-Green
USB-green
LAN(4 Ports)-Working as it should !
The Five LEDs(Power,DSL,Internet,VoIP,USB)are just stuck!!
NO Blinking LEDs and no response from the modem via 192.168.1.1..
Help me plzzzzzzz

The modem that you got from BSNL?
Once bricked, its gone.
