Suggestions for long battery backup laptop/notebook

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
Thin and Light; 12" - 14" screen

3) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like: Asus, Acer, HP, Dell
b. Dislike: HCL

4) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
Internet, Office Work, Watching HD Movies, maybe Games once a year..

5) What screen resolution(s) & type (glossy/matte) would you prefer?
Matte would be preferred

6) Anything else you would like to say? (eg: local purchase, ASS,matte/glossy finish)
1. Long Battery Backup is the priority. At least over 6 hours..
2. Portability is also a concern. Like working on the move.
3. 1080p video playback should be smooth.
4. Hardware Expectation:
HDD – atleast 250gb
RAM – DDR3 atleast 2gb
Bluetooth
Wi-Fi
Webcam
USB 2.0 ports (USB 3 if possible)
HDMI port

I posted a query a while back, at that time I was considering net-books, but some reason had to skip the idea... But this time it is final, just seek final suggestions.

Would you suggest ordering some model from bestbuy through someone in the US who will then carry it to India? I find their prices pretty low.

don't go for Asus U32. Its simply underpowered and you'll feel it too. better invest in a HP Probook or Lenovo Thinkpad.
