Suggestion needed for earphone and headphone

MY Sony MDR-EX35 stopped working few days ago and now i am looking for new ear phone. i saw some suggestions on other posts for Sennheiser earphone, can anyone suggest in my price limit 1000 -1500(maybe 2000 for exception but not above that)

Also i need to buy a Headset(headphone+mic combo) price limit 3.5 k

I saw something called portable headphone amplifier anyone know what i does or usefulness if it?

i read that Sennheiser HD 201 and HD 202 are good and some guys are also suggestion Philips shp2700
but they are all priced around 1500 and i can spend 1000 more so any other options.
how are Sennheiser HD 415

But all of them don't have MIC!! or is it better if i but a headphone+mic or a headset?

how much difference is there in CX 200 and CX 300?

also which i better in the three headphone 415/435/465?
