AMD X6 as the programs you mentioned support multithreading very well. GTX 460 for CUDA.

Do overclock this CPU. Its very easy due to it being a black edition.

you wont need a high end gfx card for your purposes as you are not into gaming. spend on a better processor IMO.

^Exactly!
No need of GTX460 or HD68xx or any of those high-end graphics card.
OP is not into gaming so a entry level graphics should be fine.
Even i7 would be an overkill IMO.
An i5 or X4 should actually be more than enough.

Bond, Desi Bond!
I don't think 60k desktop is needed for the OPs requirement. Just a thought. given that the OP needs a PC for non-gaming use, why not get a Dell XPS 15 or Inpsiron 15R (powered by core i5 and entry level GPU) with external display, k/b and mouse. This way, OP can use it as a mobile device and also like a desktop when needed. As a perk, op gets 24x7 support from Dell and there won't be a need to buy OS.

thank you guys.

I given 60k as my budget, since i dont know about prices of the components.
If i get my configuration with cheaper money i will be happy too....

Can I able to purchase a printer with this budget?
