Logitech X-540 for Rs.4.5k or Creative T6060 for 3.5k
Decent cabinet that fits your budget. Rs.2k
250Gb Western Digital or Seagate SATA2 : Rs.2k
Comes to around 31k without speakers and with kingston ram.
My sincere suggestion : For good quality display, only choose among Samsung, Dell and LG. Viewsonic, AOC etc are making really bad quality panels to cut price.
If you want AMd setup, stick to the latest 7xx series mobo's coz
1) Better support for ram
2) support next gen AMD phenom quad core processor
3) add a graphics card and you can still make graphics card and onboard GPU work in crossfire mode (like they work together to produce better graphics)
4) supports FullHD unlike the older chipsets that struggles to get fullHD out of it.
But IMHO, you can try this config and it will blow away the AMD's setup:
1) Intel dual core E2180: Rs.3k
2) ASUS DG31 or GG33 based board: Rs.3.5k or Abit IP35-E for 5k
3) 2x Kingston DDR2 800 1Gb : Rs.2.2k
4) MSi NX8600GT 256Mb : Rs. 4.5k
5)250gig wd or seagate hdd: Rs.2.1k
6) Dell 198WFP 19" display: Rs.9.7k
7) APC 650VA UPS: Rs.3.2k
8) Logitech corded desktop: Rs.800
9) Sony/Samsung DVD Writer: Rs.1.2k
10) Creative T6060 or Logitech X-540: Rs.3.5k/ Rs. 4.5k
