I am going to buy a new PC within 5 days

so please suggest me what should i buy

A: i am planning for 1Tb

Total should come up to 30.7k.If you need to cut down the expenditure then go for Sapphire HD5770 instead of HD 6850.

no, better get a fast card. SLI/Xfire of 2 slow cards will just eat up your money, & not a significant increase in performance.

Sure you can go for i5 760 but you would have to increase your budget by a minimum of 5-6k.If you can then thats a better buy.
Like Sam said please don't sli/cfx 2 cheap cards.Its not at all worth the money.Better to go for a single 6850.

REALLY!!!Who tolja that?Lemme guess - a shopkeeper who would always encourage its customers to only go for Intel & nVidia products so that he can get more money.
5770 is a good card within 8k.Earlier it was the best product for gamers in tight budget.Ofcourse now it has been overtaken by 6850.

Buddy i5 760 is not a good buy with the advent of the new sandybridge processors. The i5 2 series are blazing fast to warrant a good purchase. But p67+i5 2500 or 2400 will cost you more and will be out of your budget. Why dont you try the following instead:

Gigabyte 880GM-UD2H @ 3.85K
Corsair XMS3 CL9 1600 MHz DDR3 2 X 2 GB Kit @ 2.9K
Sapphire HD6850 @ 10.4k

Corsair VX450W @ 3.5k
NZXT GAMMA @ 2k
Logitech KB+mouse @ 0.7k
apc 650 va @ 2.6k

Total 37k

Overall a good system for the price

^^Dude the prices of CPU & MoBo you have mentioned is only at Kolkatta.All the online stores quote 1055T for a minimum of 8.3k(SMC).If ncoder can get it from Kolkatta then its OK but if he buys at his place or online costs are gonna be more, unless there are some online stores located in Kolkatta.

i was thinking about amd phenom 2 x6 1055t (hexcore)
if i select to go with 6 1055t then i will not buy any video card for now ( will buy it in next month )

But amd phenom 2 x6 1055t is better then i5 760 ?
do i really need six cores ?
i know comparing each core i5 760 has faster cores then 1055t , but 1055t has six core .

one more question
i know if i go with i5 760 i must buy a video card ( without it i will not get any display ) is it same case with i5-2500K ?

Buddy you are correct. i5 760's cores are faster than 1055t as intel is faster in clock per clock execution. But 1055t has slight better performance in multithreaded apps like video encoding. In games the gpu matters most and with 1055t, you are getting a cheaper setup compared to i5.

Sandybridge is way powerful than any amd currently but will up your budget considerably. To use sandybridge gpu, you have to pair the 2500k with a h67 based motherboard. For i5 760, a discrete gpu is a must and for 2500k you have to use h67 based chipset to enable on-die gpu.

imo go for 1055t as it fits in your budget and is a fine processor.

i don't think i5 2k series is available offline store yet ,but i will inquire about it .
i will the system as of today or tomorrow .
But i still think i5 760 will be better for me
please tell me why should i buy 1055t if i don't need six slow cores ..
also intel cpu's are fater comparing to amd cpu's

also is Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 better then asus p7p55 ?
