well i do own a sgs3 5 months old. i am not happy with it. also i dnt want plastic any more.

htc one & butterfly looks cool but too costly.
so only flagship remains is optimus g.

Hang on to your S3 for another month. Wait till S4 is launched. Hopefully that time Optimus G & Xperia Z(& ZL) will get price cuts. Xperia would be worth the wait.
HTC's phones just cost high. I don't think Butterfly will drop to ~30k anytime soon
Don't buy One X. After using S3 you will feel less battery backup in One X.

Anyways if you are selling your S3 and want the "next big thing" and don't want samsung also then just get HTC One eyes closed.

Thank you guys for all your replies.. N4 look good option but where i can get it ?? it's not on play store yet. also i dnt have any relative to US so i cant ship it from there & i dnt trust ebay due to last month i got faulty hdmi cable that was my first & last transaction on ebay.....
I guess if i dnt get N4 then OP G is the best.... rest are out of my budget.

I am using HOX+ since more than 3 months now and have not come across any issue whatsoever so far.
All Tegra devices heat a little when used for long hours, that is because most of them are built using 45nm.
If you could wait a month or two and extend your budget upto 40K, HTC One is arriving and is awesome mobile.

Don't get me wrong, One X+ was a great smartphone last year. But this year it simply doesn't cut it.
Why buy it when Xperia SP puts it to shame performance wise and Optimus G which kills it is only 1k more ?

I have and all the points I mentioned have been highlighted in GSMArena review.
GPU cannot compare even with S3's Mali 400, forget Adreno 225/305 and 320.
Camera is only above average
Video Quality is worse than S3
Multitasking is as bad as in S3
Battery Stamina 44 hours compared to 56 hours on S3
Audio Quality is massively inferior
Also got overheating problems
