A: 6

you can look at numeric ups then.
x3 is faster.
you can look at Altec Lansing VS2621 @ 1.6k
for cheaper mobo look at MSI 785GM E51.

i want to say a word on the APC UPS.

Corsair PSU's have failed in past & still fails but that doesn't mean don't buy Corsair PSU & get a Zebronics PSU. no other UPS comes close to APC. maybe there were some problem or it was from a faulty batch. even i am experiencing occasional problem from the UPS i am using like sudden disconnection & shutdown of PC.

Congrats mate !

^^tha GMA has SB850 southbridge as compared to SB710 of GM. This enables GMA to have USB3 and Sata3. moreover the layout is also different. both are micro atx!
