in a way, yes :D, but this was to show DFX in action (visual), will upload a short audio clip to show the difference between WinAmp with DFX & no DFX.

I recommend " POWERDVD" or "WINDVD" over any other player..
only because they use sofhisticated modules like dolby virtual speaker, dolby prologic2 to process audio......

Foobar 2000 barely takes 8mb of RAM.

jetaudio 7 plus has the best built sound enhancer. And after all its easy on resources.

Power DVD, WinDVD are resource HOG and u will soon come to know that.

DFX 8 is not that good, i liked it initially but it kinda destroys the natural feel of music.

Stick to default config unless u want to party.

wmp 11 + dfx = earth pounding music.

wmp 11 is really good be it for the excellent library functions or the support it has for portable media players and not to mention a sleek look !

After searching for a good mp3 media player for compu i stumbled upon this little beauty "Xmplay" the audio was amazing ,before this i tried Winamp+enhancer, wmp11+DFX(both not good for wide variety of music),Real player, vlc(good sound),QCD,Appolo(sounds good),media player classic but these r no match for xmplay, i think dis is really the most accurate sound player as its website says,foobar2000 is the only one that comes close to xmplay. After setting the EQ(with presets available) its sounds Great.barely using 6mb in my compu and also no need to install the program just extract.
