Hi Guys,

Mozilla Firefox 6.0.2 on Windows XP Home Edition. When we click on the start and then on Mozilla Firefox, there should a sub menu for Mozilla Firefox,But there is no sub menu and there is no SAFE MODE OPTION.

Internet speed on using Mozilla Firefox is very slow and problematic. I uninstalled and reinstalled Mozilla Firefox, but the problem remain unsolved.

No sub menu, should easily be fixed with a re-install. Maybe you are unchecking the check box, during install, where it says, to make shortcuts.

Also, are you sure you have adequate system resources to run Mozilla smoothly. It maybe that some other processes is also clogging your memory.

Find the installation, create a shortcut and add -safe-mode to target line.

e.g. "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode

create a shortcut of FF to desktop. right click on shortcut>properties & add -safe-mode to the end of the target link. so it looks something like this:

Code:
.........Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode
