Strange website problem

Hi friends,

I am facing a strange problem
Every time I type a name of website/open a website in any browser, it says SERVER NOT FOUND.If i Refresh the page for 2-3 times it opens.....
is it some spyware/virus ? if yes then plz tell me the name of virus/spyware

May be some problem with DNS cache!
though not sure!

And once the site opens after 2nd or 3rd attempt, does it load properly?

goto start > run > cmd
type
ipconfig /all

paste the output here, maybe we can examine if your configuration is correct.

Also you might be interested in checking if some unwanted addons are loading in your internet explorer.
Open Internet Explorer
Goto Tools > Manage Addons
See if you find any strange ones there or else paste a screenshot of that screen here.

problem is fixed now...i formated xp works fine now.....
