Stock heatsink-fan problem..

My stock cooling fan is too too noisy.. like a mixie running..
It even raises on heavy load (while gaming).. The other intel pcs are super silent. Pls suggest me proper heatsink ..
or is the noise because of the graphic card ? i'm not able to distinguish.

what cpu and gpu temps you get on stock and gaming(which game?)?

53 degree for cpu.. and 57 degree for gpu.. for any game..
idle temps are 51-52 for cpu and 55 for gpu..

most likely its the faulty Phenom II fan (again). if you can get Cooler Master Hyper212 Evo. this one is selling like hot cake.

yeah.. went through a few threads about it.. how about the noise level when compared to my present one ? and how do i get to know the noise level the current fan is producing ?

anyways, hyper 212 evo fan is silent.

When measured through an app in my phone, it says 68 decibels !..
The decibel rating mentioned in 212 evo's specification is 9 - 31 dBA ..
How come such a reduction is possible ??

and from my experience its lot silent!
