Dude, I think u should seriously think of installin MS Antispyware and using it.

Its good and it'll help u get rid of most of the spyware. Ad-Aware SE is good too.

Download Mcafee Stinger Run McAfee Stinger, click "Add" and here type the Hard Disk partitions manually (for example, C:\) and click OK. Repeat this step so that all the partitions are added. Then click "Scan Now". and scan your System

also i will suggest download Spybot/Adaware..update it ..and do a throughout scan of ur system with them..it will take care of ur Dialer Problem..

also Download Hijackthis and unzip it to dedicated folder (like C:\HJT\hijackthis.exe).
Then run it and click the button Do a System scan and save log file. HijackThis will perform a scan and saves the log file as hijackthis.log. Copy the entire contents of the file and post it here.

thx swatkat for links also chk this thread for detaild procedure given by Swatkat

Did you try Spybot S&D ?

If even that doesn't work, you can try this before reinstalling Windows:
Start -> Run and type msconfig -> Ok. Now goto the startup tab and uncheck all items. Restart.

Now go back again to msconfig and enable the apps u disabled one by one, restarting after each change. This will help you know which app is causing the problem. Just keep that app disabled.

Delete this file :

C:\WINDOWS\system32\usbn.exe

It's a dialer... (adult content dialer at that ;) )
Click [Start]>[Run]>'msconfig' and disable its entry in th startup tab.
Also, run a Spybot scan.
