hi mariner, i searched the spybot net-integration forums and found this: *www.safer-networking.org/files/spybotsd131tx.exe
it sez here that installing the spybot131tx.exe file solve the problem...

presently downloading it fom majorgeeks. will post results.thnx a ton.

well sree after installing the file spybotsd131tx.exe the win.ini problem is solved but the dso exploit remains the same. btw the file spybotsd131tx.exe is supposed to the cure for dso exploit

Blame the dso exploit on Microsoft.Its prob tat will always b in Win explorer
