Speed trouble

I am having reliance internet connection of 300kbps . My speedtest are as follows:-

However whenever i download a torrent with high no of indian seeder i get this speed

Is there any way to make this speed constant???

Cannot be kept constant. It is too dynamic the protocol. Unless you CAP it, to a value lower. But even then it will not guarantee a fixed DL speed.

Yup, in torrents it will fluctuate even more.
