Speaker producing constant humming sound !!

My speaker " Philips SPA5300 " is constantly producing humming like sound which is really annoying, why is this happening?

> Is that happening when used with PC or with other portable device?

If it's happening in PC:

> It's probably happening only when plugged in front 3.5 mm jack.

> Is any other device (like any USB device) also plugged in front USB port while the headphone is plugged in?

> Does the hum noise disappear when no other device is plugged in?

And check the earthing too.....
