Sparkle GTX 550Ti fan not working

Two years ago I bought a Sparkle Nvidia GTX 550Ti graphic card from a local store. Last week I found out that the fan on the graphic card is not working. So can anyone tell me where can I find a service center here in "Assam, India."

If you don't find any service center listed in their website, contact them via mail. They will guide you to get it repaired.

I think Abacus Peripherals provides service for Sparkle. Contact 'em.

Can someone give me a link or tell me how to proceed. Its for the first time that any of my hardware within warranty is showing any kind of problem and I don't know how to proceed for RMA.

If they ask for the card should I give them everything that came with the card along with the invoice or should I only give the card along with the box or something else? Please guide me.
