some adsense payment question

we finally received the payment from google holding it for some time...
some of our question...

we have got the cheque through dhl now where can we encash that cheque which bank ....
it is bearer cheque or it can be transferred to bank account only....

the problem is we dont have bank account in the name of the person used in payee in google..does that mean we have to open a bank account in her/his name and say our bank to transfer that money...

cant we cash that cheque...

some what confused..

up to when it should be encashed..

we contacted google but could not find quite conclusive answer expect that they say the name used there in adsense and bank account must match...
so any process...
first of all is it like bearer cheque..and does bank here transfer money from there...

You need to have a bank account of payee name, cheque can't be cashed on counter as adsense cheques are a/c payee.

Validity of some cheques are of 3 months and some of 6 months, not sure about adsense cheque.

So you open an account in the name of payee, then deposit the cheque.
