Software to create Mailing Lists???

Hello Friends!

Please help me in finding a software which can do the following :

* Automatically copy all email addresses from the email's I receive...
* Arrange all those email addresses in a database kind of thing...
* Remove duplicate email address...
* Present all the email addresses when needed...

If possible...
* Send newsletter to all the email addresses in the list/database...
* Filter email addresses as per instructions...
* Allow to make groups...

In short, I need a software with which I can manage all my clients email address and send newsletter as and when required. I can understand that it wont be possible to find a software that can fullfill all my needs, but it would ne of great help if it could do even a bit.

The pro version can do 90% of the job u want to be done except that you need to use seperate email list utility for * Automatically copy all email addresses from the email's I receive...

I have seen & used it too but cant remember the name.
