Just completed my +2 now I wanted to go for Gniit software engineering course is gniit a good and reliable institute or should I Join any other institute software engineering course???????

Well go for it only if you are not so serious about your carrer.If you have potential and money to do B.Tech/B.E. , from any good college please go for that , and avoid GNIIT at any cost .
GNIIT is the last option , plus you will get correspondence Bsc.IT from Kuvempu University with GNIIT , which ain't worth it.
