die blizzard die! D3?
Ok guys help me out.I am upgrading my system and I also need to buy a new SMPS.Budget is minimal.here are my alternatives:

1.which one of the above is more suited for my system?please see the above image and quote.This 2x2 connector is alien to me.

and here is a pic.:The 2 x 12 pin main power connector on the desktop board is backwards compatible
with ATX12V power supplies with 2 x 10 connectors.
Connecting Power Supply Cables
1. Observe the precautions in "Before You Begin" on page 23.
2. Connect the main power supply cable to the 2 x 12 pin connector.
3. Connect the 12 V processor core voltage power supply cable to the 2 x 2 pin
connector.

Now as far as I know only sata2 supports 3gbps but sata2 in not mentioned in the manuel.What does it mean?My mobo supports sata2 or just sata1?manuel said:The desktop board supports four Serial ATA channels (3.0 Gb/s) via ICH7, connecting
one device per channel.
