Serious problem with IPCop firewall

Hello guys!

I am new on the forum, so i hope this was right section to post.

I have asked this question in the IPCop forums almost 15 days back and not yet received any response.

In my office, i have an IPCop v2.0 firewall installed on a dedicated machine, with Copfilter. Suddenly, I have discovered a serious issue. If the settings on the compute nodes are set to default with no messing around, then everything is fine. It will block facebook, porn as well as many other things I have set to be blocked. I have a reliance (static IP) broadband connection with a wireless antenna installed on the roof of the office.

I have set up all the ISP give IP, gateway as well as DNS. However, the reliance internet is surprisingly working with BSNL gateway settings. In the firewall setup i have set the static IP, DNS and Gateway in the static IP setup screen. Now, the network admin is aware of the net working with BSNL IP and goes to the windows LAN card settings and updates the BSNL gateway and DNS settings there and uses the internet without issues. He is able to use facebook as well as watch porn. And to my surprise, all this traffic easily passes through the firewall without blocking.

Now, is there any way to stop this being done. I have tried blocking access to the LAN settings using the administrator account, however, the students need to access some admin level services to which need admin access. So i need to keep the admin account open.

Please suggest me a solution for this as this is a serious issue for me. Please let me know if any thing is unclear.

Thanks in advance.
