okay i looked for them in mumbai especially intels DP67BG but none had it
does anybody know a place in mumbai where i can find it

^ There is a catch in the availability of the revised B3 motherboards. All the manufacturers in India are focused on replacing the older B2 stepping of the motherboard before letting the masses get their hands on B3 stepping. I am not sure why this is the case, as I have to wait almost a month to complete building my new rig. Fyi, I have ordered Asus P8P67 DELUXE and was told that I will be able to get my motherboard only at the end of this month.
