Ishu , change the Rams to Corsiar XMS3 1333 DDR3 MHz Ram available @ 1.3K, Because AMD memory controller can't handle 1600 Mhz speed unless NB is overclocked. So if you are not overclocking 1600 MHz is of no use.
And in lynx-india Zotac 1 GB GTX 460 is available @ 10.6K. Also for reducing the budget to accommodate the high end GTX 460 1 GB, he can go for BenQ G2220HD available @ 7.3K.
