Ans: I am a web/graphic designer. I need this pc for Adobe PhotoShop cs6, Illustrator cs6, coral Draw X6, and Gaming BF3,4.fc3,Crysis-3 ,gta ,assassins creed,nfs 2012 ,cod,x men,...all modern games....

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7/8

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:1 TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?

Ans: I am confused between AMD or Intel.........Please help me for choosing good configuration that can work for at least 3-4 years. thanx in advance

At yoru budget, AMD is the best solution. Here is my suggestion:-

AMD FX-8320 @ 9.5K
Asus M5A97 R2.0 EVO @ 6K
Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 4GB X 2(KHX1600C9D3B1/4G) @ 3.6K
Dell IN2030M 1600X900 20" Display @ 6K
Sapphire HD 7750 1 GB GDDR5 @ 6.5K
Antec BP450 PSU @ 2.7K
NZXT SOurce 210 Elite Cabinet @ 2.6K

Total: 36.9K

FX-6300- 7k
Compromise on Cabinet to get a 1 TB HDD + HD 7770 atleast
Upgrade later if possible

Get NZXT gamma as cabby @ 2.2k
for ram corsair vengeance would perform better in terms of RMA and durability, get 4gb now add more 4gb later.

HDD will be priced around 3.9K for Toshiba 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gbps one. Regarding Processor choice, the type of task OP has mentioned, he needs a beefy CPU for it. I think he should extend his budget a bit and stick with FX-8300 series Processor.

For the tasks you have mentioned get an i5 3rd/4th gen processor like i5 3470 or i5 4430,they would be generally better than fx 8350 for photoshop CS6.
Do away with the discrete graphic card for now.The IGPs hd2500/hd4600 can do ok for GPU accelerated functions in photoshop CS6,buy a GPU later.
i5 4430 is available for ~12.1k at smcinternational.

HD 2500 is more than enough as long as you arent doing any real time rendering

Yeah for photoshop hd4600/hd2500 would do fine for some normal GPU accelerated tasks.Cases where a good GPU would be lot faster is when say some resource hungry filters are applied on an image.
