Review my last eve purchase

There are two things I like to point out.
1st of all Ram: You could have gone for max of 1600 MHz speed. AMD motherboards only support 2000 MHz ram when Ram settings (FSB, voltage etc)is overclocked from Bios. Otherwise no extra performance gain.

2nd: Power supply. Cooler Master Extreme series power supply has very bad reputation here. Extreme plus are little better but Corsair is a better option.

Go for 6870 + corsair vx550 or corsair gs600. Much better option and 6870 consumes less power with improved tesselation.

As before, we are not too happy with the Coolermaster Extreme series PSUs...if possible,get a Corsair VX550 or even a GS600 or TX650 to go with it.

Also,post the price breakup if possible

U will get 6870 for 15k max..
Vx550w for 5k max..

i feel upset abt the PSU now. i never thot it had such a bad repu anyway i will b going to get the monitor on thusday and if they say they can replace it ,then will get a better one.
The monitor i am getting is DELL U2311H IPS panel. Any thots on this one? My main line of work is Graphics and PhotoEdit.
The above products were purchased from Star Computer Mall, GC Avenue, kolkata.

I have recently bought a Dell u2311H .. I am no pro at image editing etc and use it primarily for Blu ray movies...I must say I have been totally blown away by the quality of colors and the viewing angles are very good too...there are no tinting issues because that was a concern I had before buying this monitor...but its a beauty and I am yet to find a con..
