[Request] Please Review The New Banner and Color Combinations

I changed the banner at my site and a few other small things like background color, a few images, etc. So pls take a look and tell me does the new banner fit in the site? Is it looking good?

I feel your site should rather be named "Moding with Vishal" instead of
"hacking" as Mods is what you do, not hack.

its certainly better than previous version by leaps and bounds

But that blue background takes away the user attention, change it to something lighter.

did u read the principles of webdesign ? Things that are prominent must be in bright colors and the layout should be "L" shaped.

Guys

I have made a few changes based on your suggestions:

1. Changed order of menuitems at top and now Contact Me and About Me are placed at last.
2. Added Windows Live Search.
3. Added Yahoo! Babel Fish Translator.
4. Got Common Creatives License. Thanks to anand for mentioning it.
5. Moved Links to footer to save space in sidebar.

How is the new look guys? Any more suggestions?

Vishal, the new banner is better then last time. That blue colour banner is what I would have liked instead of green colour task toolbar in Vista

Great almost perfect(cos they say nothing is perfect).The new banner looks cool especially the new font.the babel fish looks pretty good.

But change 'hacking' to something like 'tweaking' or anything except hacking.

My vote goes to 'tweaking with vishal' cos 'learning with vishal' feels like some academic tut or something like that.
