Removal device problem??? Please help!!

I have Zen Stone Plus player...

Once I was not click safely remove , i removed quickly..

Next , when I connect the device , it was not open ...

" dailog window" shows like "Disk Drive is not formatted, Do you want to format it".. then i click "Yes"

Again t shows " The disk in drive <> cannot be formatted"

1. In command prompt " format H: -> It shows " Insert new disk for H: drive, and press enter when ready"

2. I used HP Disk Format tool for formatting " in that the device cannot be found"

3. I use Creative firmware tool, that was also shows " device was not found"

Is there any hotfixes for removable devices ...

well, i think you need to try this tool

and here there's a firmware for your player.

i hope this helps.

I already tried that tool..

It shows " searching the device" but In MyComputer shows device.. but for formatting.. it cantt

Boot from ubcd, given with digit. There are many hdd tools. Use those to format ur mp3 player
