i have done some research, and found out that an i3 3220/HD 7770 rig would suit me best
I have some questions-----

Which brand of HD 7770 to buy?
Which motherboard?Should have HDMI port.Something along the lines of MSI B75MA-E33
Which cabinet? CM elite 310 or NZXT source 210? looking for VFM cabinet with good cable management options
UPS?.How much VA and what brand?(APC,intex)?

Not intrested in Haswell CPU's and AMD HD 8xxx,since budget CPU's and GPU's will release late, and will be expensive
I intend to buy in April,May or early June.or scrap the plan altogether and buy next year
I require everything ,CPU,GPU,MoBo,RAM,HDD,Cabinet,Speakers,DVD Drive,KB&Mouse and UPS

your maths is a bit weak :p
Where to get Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0? its not listed on FK or PrimeABGB

Harshil missed out the GPU I guess.
The rig is good though. Worth it and can cope well with a much better GPU also.
Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 : Asus M5A97 R2.0
Another cheaper alternative : M5A97LE-R2.0 (fewer USBs , no esata, no vrm heatsinks and a few other things missing probably)

Because,Cilus Baba says so
FX-8350 is just for multitasking...this idea does not hold good now a days. With the release of Far Cry 3 and Crysis 3, games have started using more than four cores seriously and FX-8350, FX -6300, even the older FX-4170 are competing against the pricier i5 and i7 models with very good performance. In Crysis 3, FX-8350 beats all the i5 Processors, even the costlier i5 3570K and performs just below i7 3770K, a processor which almost 10K highly priced. The upcoming games like Battlefield 4 is developed on Frostbite 3 engine which is developed from the beginning to use multiple cores optimally. We can easily assume that games of future are going to be optimized for multiple X86 based cores and one of the main reason for it is the design of upcoming consoles which are also using Multi-Core X86 modules. So game designers now have the freedom to optimize their developments for multi-core environments as it is available in both PC and Console front. Before that consoles used to have outdated and under powered hardware and it was a tough job for the designers to optimize a muti-platform games for both consoles and PC as powerful PC hardware were missing in the consoles and game developers were forced to use single core dependencies in PC games even though resources were available.
This is not just my opinion, if you follow Tomshardware and Anandtec in regular basis, you'll find out that they have predicted the same thing and in their Monthly builds and recommendations, they are suggesting Quad Core CPUs as bare minimum.

Also, AMD FX platform is going to be a long runner as their upcoming processors are supported in current AM3+ platform too. In case of Intel, Haswell is knocking at the door and after some time, it will be hard to find a LGA 1155 based Sandy or Ivy Bridge Processors.

Even if you are not getting AMD, I suggest you get an Intel Quad Core like i5 3550 or 3470. Don't go for i3 3220. In Crysis 3, it is demolished by a good 16 FPS margin by even the A10-5800K when a discrete GPU like GTX 680 is used in both the system.

^:agreed:
Modern games have started to use more cores, so the FX 8350 has the potential. But at your budget the proc and mobo would cost atleast 18k , so get the I5 3450 , 3470 , as Cilus Suggested
