Get the Nokia E51. It is a business phone and would suit your needs better.

Office work? PIM stuff? Document handling?
Symbian wont beat Windows Mobile here.
Go for HTC Touch if you need WiFi and can afford 13k. 2.8inch screen works to its benefits.
If you dont need WiFi or cannot increase your budget; go for HTC P3400i. Basically same as Touch except for WiFi. Costs around 9500 IRs. Buy a high capacity card and other addons such as a bluetooth keyboard for it with the remaining money.

Nokia n73 is better but what type of office work? texting or making call?
E90 is best as a QWERTY band phone it's high expensive.
