Google gives the exact amount, like 100$ if your order in dollars (Bank transaction charges apply due to dollar currency) and 100 x rate_per_dollar_at_payment_confirmation_date if you choose rupee.

I haven't used PayPal but I'd say ahref is right at what he says, he's experienced in these stuff.
