questions regarding object dock and icons

1.how to convert photo files like jpeg,bmp to icon files??
2. in object doc can i convert the icons in the dock into my own??

use irfan view to resize jpeg and bmp images to (40x40) size ,and save them and then rename the extension to .ico

To convert PNG to ICO use this
*www.winterdrache.de/freeware/png2ico/

For rest formats just rename it to .ico

Its not necessary to resize!
