PSU and MOBO suggestion

I've planned to buy a GTX 560 in future..
But Now I'm gonna upgrade my CPU,MOBO and PSU.
Suggest Me a good AMD Mobo and A PSU for the future gtx 560.
My Budget- Mobo-Under Rs.3500

ps: For 3.5k you are out of decent Intel Options so you will HAVE to go for a AMD CPU.
