problem in downloading during 2 a.m-8 a.m.

During 2a.m.-8a.m. I am getting speeds upto 20 KBps on IDM and upto 14 KBps on utorrent.I first thought it to be antivirus problem but later found that it was not.During this time there are frequent disconnections and adsl takes a lot of time to become stable.
Please help

May be problem is with the service provider. But confirm everything from your side atleast.

try using the same connection on a laptop/another PC ..see what happens ..

I am on BSNL connection.The speeds are normal during normal hours but at night it goes down like hell.Will complain today at BSNL

well complained and they told that they will look into it
