Previous PC idea dropped; getting a new one now. Need your help and suggestions.

Hello everyone! First of all, sorry for staying away from the forum for this long a time. Actually, for my summer vacations, we had a trip to Agra.
Now for the real thing. While returning, we had a visit to one of my aunt's home in Aligarh and I once again visited the A.M.U. This time it was decided that I might join the A.M.U. for my higher studies. So the idea of a high-end rig was dropped as I would soon get a personal laptop and that PC would be only used by my brother for no-so-high level of gaming.
Sorry again, for boring you with the story but it was critical for the reason of the sudden shift to a high-end rig to a mid-range one.
So, firstly, the budget has been reduced to within or upto Rs. 45,000 strictly. I have decided to go for this configuration:
Processor : AMD Phenom II X4 955 - Rs. 7100
Motherboard : Gigabyte 880GM-USB3L - Rs. 4600
RAM : GSkill 4 GB DDR III 1333 MHz - Rs. 2200
Hard Disk : Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500 GB - Rs. 2050
Graphics Card : Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 - Rs. 9800
Power Supply : FSP Saga II 500W - Rs. 2200
Cabinet : Cooler Master Elite 340 Black - Rs. 2850
Monitor : Dell ST2200M - Rs. 8200
Keyboard : Microsoft Sidewinder X4 / Razer Arctosa - Rs. 2200
Mouse : Razer Deathadder / Microsoft Sidewinder X5 - Rs. 2250
Optical Drive : Samsung SATA DVD Writer - Rs. 900
I'd be buying the rig quite possibly by tomorrow, so your suggestions are required quickly. These prices are the lowest I could find in Lucknow, without bargaining, and so its my humble request that if you suggest any product, take the prices from Bitfang or likewise, because the prices coincide with the prices here in the market.
Also could anyone from Lucknow here suggest me a good shop here which has a wide range of available products and reasonable prices.

you can get i5 2400 + Intel H67 board within that price bracket if you change the cabby for an Elite 310. rest of the config is best you can get for that budget.

@Sam - Thanks for the suggestion man. Even I had considered this but now I've realised that it would be an overkill for my needs. So it becomes useless.
@Cilus - Aah, I wish such low prices were available in Lucknow. Thanks for the suggestion, anyways, but this rig, in Lucknow, would cross my budget straight through.
