I'm disappointed especially with the mindware. Previous month's dvds had some special things in them... Like december, we got lots of customization...... January, we got win7, fed12, maya....... February, opensolaris, antivirus apps..... What is this month's? I will read the mag at university library and borrow the dvds 4m them, rather than buying.

Sorry, looks like I will skip this issue. Don't use multimedia stuffs too much.
How about providing more Developer Stuffs?

The mag is too close for me to praise it objectively, but there were a few articles in the magazine that I really enjoyed reading, especially the cover story. Demand stuff for the DVDs in the By Demand thread. Also a hint for future issues: if you can subscribe, please do so.

Sync dreams to reality
@Admirer Of Digit I do agree with you that issue has nothing special...

This time no special software only bunch of same stuff they have been distributing for last few months.

What happened to digit really? Mag is somewhat not bad but the dvd is totally boring. They should know that a majority of us including me has very low speed net connection especially in rural area... We can download less than 10 mb files easily but not softs lyk nero or photoshop or corel, or say, ubuntu. Concentrate on medium to large sized goodies instead of providing ten tiny softs who do the same thing... Review the softs u r giving and then give 2 or 3 u think is best. Dont make your mindware a bloatware.

Hmm. A lot of this was demanded by readers via the by demand thread and email. If you guys want something, how come you don't demand it?

Personally, I like the Mindware DVD, it's worth it just for the TED Videos :)

@Anorion: Perhaps we should put a one-line description for all the software, so that people don't have to look them up.

hot zubs

live life king like...
Even after so many bad bad previews of Digit's March issue i had to keep a stone on my heart and pick up the March issue from the news stand only for the Tried and Tested section, the Computer Science Lectures and the curiosity to know who won the Digit CTC...

i did not read any article yet but all the articles seems to b waste except the You 2.0 article and the winner of CTC will be announced in the next months mag...

for me the Street Smart article was utterly a waste coz have been reading about it in this forum from a long time... the only thing which made me happy was the page in Community section were a post of mine has been printed over there that's it...
