^^No i don't think so..Because in the pdf it is specified UBUNTU 7.10(DVD)..
If it's CD, then it's really really bad

^^all ubuntu distributions are free and will always be free.the above link you provided is for the people who want to pay for the costs of media and thats it.you can download dvd iso off net for free too.They ship free cds as dvds are costlier.
