Well.. I am thinking of building websites at domestic level... using paid templates available on net.
Will the paid templates provide database along with the layout?? or I need to design the database according to the attributes??

It just gives you the template i.e. Design Template(HTML, CSS, Javascript, PSD in some cases). Nothing else.

Everything from coding to database design need to be done by you.

Also note that, you may see great features like chat and all there on the template, but remember that it's just a static text with some jQuery plugin to show the demo, no back end code and database is included.

Template means only the design nothing else.

Template doesn't comes with Database. Template = GUI + CSS and that type of things. you need to customize everything on your own.
just grab one which have most of the features you seek and tweak it stay away from nulled templates.
