I sent it back and they refunded, ITDepot.
You won't be able to know it until you open it, I am sure yours are fine, I always have the bad luck with these stuffs.

Got this for Rs.850/- Really nice i would say. Bass ok, mic quality good, fits and feels great on the ears. And i don't have any complaint while gaming (played CS:Source). Overall a great product.
