^does it allow users to set its voltage sensitivity to suit various usage scenarios like some other APC upses?Or does it have no such feature?

It doesn't have that feature. I think that feature is in BR1000G-IN.

It's a 2600. 15.3k for processor and 6.5k for RAM. Although RAM got a price cut to 6.1k after two days.

sorry, difficult to suggest, mostly bare-bones are coming up at amazon search. and performance of those are not guaranteed either. may be if you know someone at some sound systems store, then you can have a chat about it with them.
