Go for Flipkart, choose gift wrap option and the receiver won't get any invoice since Flipkart now sends the invoice via email.
Problem solved.
Black and blue are for performance. Green for data storage. I will buy a 2TB green and a small size for black/blue. Drop that, will get an SSD instead of black/blue.
Black > Blue > Red > Green

Search google, it takes less effort to do that. Both are essentially same HDDs. Red is more suited for NAS and got higher lifespan and warranty.
