However, even when I was doing a job I use to break dress code a lot. I have never understood how wearing formals increases productivity. In fact if you are relaxed in casuals you feel like working more.

Dunno the model. Its very old but was unused.
You won't believe, i bought in when i was in 9th grade,but never wore it,until now.
Maybe i'll pm you a pic. Woodland shoes are durable.

Its ash black made of nubuck leather. Looks like a genuine formal shoe.
