Plz Help!!!!!!!! System Not Booting!!!!

guys am having an unusual problem. i dont knw wats wrong with my pc. its not booting into wen i turn on th pc. the bios is booting but the windows isnt. not even bootable cd is booting and it gets stuck at "press any key to boot from cd"... i tries replacing the psu, hdd, etc but nothing seems to help... plz tell me wat to do?

my config is
intel C2D E6300
intel dg965ss
250gb x3 SataII Seagate
1gb x2 DDRII Ram
8600gt 256MB XFX
Samsung DVD Writer
Vista Ultimate

Are u trying to boot from the OS CD?
OK forget it, Now
Reset ur bios it may solve ur problem.
How? the simple way
*remove cd from drive.
*turn off ur pc & disconnect main power cabel.
* dissconnect all power cable & data cables of all devices(inside cabinet). Do not dissconnect
24 pin power connector from MB.
*remove BIOS battery
*connect main power cable & press power button once.
* then disconnect power cable & reconnect all data & popwer cables inside
cabinet.
*connect power cabel, switch on ur pc , goto bios & configure it,
set proper 1st boot device
*save bios setting & exit(press F10).
